I flew KLM many times during the past year and in fact almost getting to be a gold member in their program. My experiences (and they are many) were very positive almost all the time. Out of all my flights across Europe/Canada and Egypt, the plances were on time at more than 95% of the time. I loved the fact that everyone tries to help you, the TV screen for each person is also nice.

I think the flying blue program was very good and I enjoyed many rewards so far.

So, perhaps I was lucky but I have always enjoyed flying KLM and would recommend it blindly (if you are not extremely fussy).
