Exceptional customer service.
Well, it's a shade more expensive than I was paying, but then, my previous (highly rated) ISP seemed to find ways of adding odd charges for this, that and the other. With MacAce you get what you pay for.
I'm very happy I migrated. My previous ISP - highly-rated, as I said above - was increasingly using "off-the-shelf" responses to any message they were sent. It was as if they were saying, "We're too busy actually to read your message but it looks vaguely as if it's about such-and-such so we'll send you standard-reply number 147."
MacAce is staffed by real human beings, and while I'm sure there are times when they think, "Oh no, not him again!" there is no hint of that in their responses: nothing seems too much trouble for them.
