Speakers can be feed as much power as you got! Speakers can be feed as much power as you got! If you start to overdrive them, you'll hear it long before you damage them. Don't use a Bose controller, it just takes the bottom end out. Best sound if stacked, so you really need to have 2 pair, (4) 802s for ear melting sound. The benefit is that with 4 speakers you can plug them into each other and run them at 4Ohms.
