The person who measured and fitted the curtains and put up the pelmet boards was the only good point. A really nice man.
Very Poor quality made to measure curtains. Wrong lining.. lining too long in places...too long for delivery... poor finish...Lee The fitter in Cardiff was the only plus point but he is leaving to go on his own..
Overall the Staff in store seemed very dis pleased with there employer and didnt really have a good word to say about there workroom and management. I would not recommend them to any one as I waited for over 9 months for the job to be completed and I did not recieve any apology from there Head Office. Very Very Poor. But I will be getting the number of the fitter as he certainly made the curtains look nice.
