Good Points

It looks really funky sitting on my worktop. People are always commenting on it.


Bad Points

It takes too long to change from brewing to frothing, so much so, that I never ever use the frother. Also, it seems to drip excessively, even after shutting it off.


General Comments

For all its faults, this Kenwood ES547 still manages to make me a lovely espresso, complete with a beautiful crema. However, the next time I buy an espresso machine, I don't think I will buy a Kenwood.
