Broke after six weeks customer care team don't care.
My Servis M6002 washing machine broke down after six weeks needed a new outer tank which would take 7-10 working days to deliver,it has now been fourteen days and part still not in. Servis dedicated customer care team couldnt care less. To get an answer from them you have to keep holding for 20mins each time they are no help at all and give excuse after excuse.Do not if you have any sense buy a servis machine. We ordered machine on the internet from a company called Digital-Point stay clear from them as well they keep promising to ring back but never do.
