Trouble with repairs.


General Comments

This Beko DRVS62W dryer has never worked on sensor dryer. The clothes are still wet when the programme has finished. After 2 1/2 hours on timed drying I still have to put the clothes on a radiator to finish drying. I have had 6 engineers out to the machine but none of them have been able to fix it. I am now waiting for a technical engineer from Beko to come and look at the machine, but in the meantime I am left with an unusable machine. Beko only have a repairing guarantee, if I had known that before I purchased the machine I would have chosen another make.
