Fast, even during peak times. Great customer service. Hassle-free set-up.
A bit more expensive than others, although this is sort of like buying a fine wine then complaining that it costs more than a bottle of plonk.
Seems pretty good so far. Had a bigger (and less expensive) provider before, but suffered slow speeds and daily downtime. So far, no downtime at all and it's twice as fast as before.
Support is a cheap rate number and when I tried it out, was answered quickly by a helpful native English speaker who seemed to know what he was talking about.
