Customer service is not good enough, some reps have no idea what they are doing
complaints department is not capable to deal with your complaint effectivly.
Do not use this bank otherwise you would put yourself at risk not being able to get your debit card in time (i've been waiting for my replacement for more than 3 weeks and it has not arrived yet). Reason - backlog.
Every second customer service rep appears to me not knowing what they are doing. Last week I ve been refused to move money around due someone asking me security questions from 2 years old not valid document. No appologies have been recieved, issue is being investigated.
