Better engineers than BT. Fast and reliable.
Sometimes the support line hinders things getting fixed instead of helping.
It is a good service if you set your equipment up properly and have a good quality phone line. Lots of people struggle and don't realise they have a 'bad' line that will slow you down as line 'noise' increases from 4pm and in bad weather. This is your phone line at fault and not TalkTalk's servers. You need TalkTalk to get their engineers to clean up the line (FOC ofcourse). Basically TalkTalk are having to clean up victorian phone lines...
