General Comments

At the outset I was told to get key operated window locks which I did. I have now become a victim of burglary and the assessor found a clause hidden in the policy document saying that I had to have a burglar alarm. I have held the policy for 2 years plus and was clearly told at the outset that I had to have the window locks - I was NOT told about the burglar alarm.

More Than won't listen to the inception call, which they say they still have, and find out what was actually said - they say it is sufficient to put this clause within the documentation.

Why would anyone think that they had taken out a completely different policy to the one they had arranged over the phone and needed to double check and triple check what they had been told!

If you do decide to go with them - check check check - I feel like I have been robbed twice - what a waste of premiums for the last 2 years! I have voted with my feet and will never touch Royal Sun Alliance again.
