Customer service, competency, delivery, generally everything
Bought a new cooker online to be delivered within two days. My husband took the day off to accept the order, and it never arrived. We were left for 7days without a cooker, whilst Argos did nothing, not even graced us with a phone call. I had to contact them on three occasions, finally to cancel the order!!!
I was told to put into writing what loss of earnings we inured. Today I have received a cheque for £40.00 as GOOD WILL, this is nothing compared to the loss of earnings and stress of feeding a family of 5 without a cooker.
On the up side I went to Comet bought a better cooker and they delivered it safely as arranged, wonderful service.
