I work for a retailer that sells the silver cross 3D and there is no problem with the design of the chassis at all, the problems that people are having with the pushchair not folding or coming up properly are all down to the fact that they are not being folded correctly. you must always pull the handle first on the back before you release the bars at the front, any pressure on the back bar will result in problems either straight away or from slightly bending it over time, this is why some people do not have problems for a while.All in all this is a lovely pushchair that if used correctly will serve you well.
