To make Christmas easier I ordered some gifts and wrapping paper, cards, tags etc from the catalogue.
None of the items showed up and I ended up having to go shopping at the last minute (not great with a 1 and a 2 year old!). I told them not to bother with the order as it was too late now.
You can imagine my annoyance when in February they sent me a FINAL reminder for the order and had charged me £50 in late payment charges! Whhaaaat! I eventually got through and they told me to "ignore all the letters and that my account was clear as I had never received any goods from them".
That would be fine except ... They have put details of Late payments and money owed on my Experiean CREDIT REPORT! I am fuming and they still haven € t updated it and I can never get through.
