Not a lot.
Wrong items sent.
Slow delivery when paying for next day.
Not very good quality.
It is now twice that i have had a bad experience with ASOS.
Firstly, my order arrived a week late, even after paying extra for next day delivery.
Second time I ordered shoes and a jumper came? even when it said my shoes on the invoice. I have contacted them a few days ago and yet to hear anything.
They also expect you to pay for the return of an item that you didn't even order!
