At times, communication breakdown - sometimes took a few follow-up mails or calls to action changes.
I would recommend Pom to anyone thinking of doing a website. Design was great, I'm very happy with the site. Even though I made many changes, Pom was very patient with me, and the end result is great. Good value for money, considering the amount of work that went into the it.
