General Comments

I am a first time buyer and found Alexhander Hall to be a very smooth and very efficient service. I had my offer accepted on a flat on Tuesday, the survey the next day and the mortgage offer the following day! Wow! I certainly did not expect it to be so rapid. My broker was extremely helpful and on the ball. They secured me what I believe to be one of the best interest rates on the market and considering I had stamp duty and solicitor fees included into my loan - which to be frank I found a pain to get elsewhere. I think some of the people that have complained may have had issues with their credit...hence the delay - but that will be the same with any broker!!

    I had no trouble getting a mortgage accepted, I had plenty of trouble dealing with AH. When I re-mortagaged I went through another brokers who where organised and did everything quickly and effortlessly
