None really, they seemed cheap at first but wern't in the end for me.

Do not recommend 1and1.co.uk, I regret having ever buying products from them! Misleading prices in my opinion
Personally found it difficult to leave them
Unhelpful customer service
Website is hard to use in my experience
I had billing problems
Cancellation problems in my case
