Good Points

There aren't any. Avoid Halfords like the plague.


Bad Points

Inexperienced, school boy staff. I felt they had no decent knowledge of bikes, terrible, irresponsible customer service. Didn't phone back when they say they will.


General Comments

Bought a road bike, part bust within 5 miles of first ride. Was fixed by Halfords. The fixed part broke again within 11 weeks of being replaced, now Halfords don't want to know and are trying to say the bike had been dropped and making out I am a liar.
Still ongoing, has not been resolved.
