Complex interface with many, many features so you just need a bit of time figuring out what you need to use.
100 % web-based, optional desktop client for alerts/secure messaging/file sharing, supports multiple email addresses with automatic notifications to all support staff, knowledge base with full-text search.
Server editions are good, but people looking for low initial investment, the On-Demand Service is a good option.
