Polite c/s reps
The technical service staff, excessive erroneous billing, company would not credit your account for dropped calls, company does not guarantee quality of service and the quality I found was rather poor and unreliable.
Cheap service - literally - you get what you paid for - you end up paying more after their overcharges and unused minutes.
