Cheap for me.
In my case I get an average 25 k download speed of the promised 512 unable to download large files because of dropping connection.
Since I can not have a phone line in my rented apartment I am stuck with a wireless service.
When I contacted tech support to ask when I would get more then 105 of the promised speed I was recommended to upgrade to there faster service!.
Having wasted several euro's on (lack of) support calls I just gave up.
