Easy to use, files work on pc's etc without hassle, good battery life, superb!!
Bad Points
Only compatible with Windows Xp - this lets it down in a big way.
General Comments
Would recommend the Creative ZEN Vision M to anyone - its a class bit of kit have looked at similar players and none are as good as this - had mine nearly 2 years with no problems.
