Petplan Pet Insurance is poor, claims handling...lost paperwork...attempted to wriggle out of paying by claiming blatantly incorrect information ... repeated resending of documentation requested... All this to get out of paying £60...the next years premium on my animals would have been 3 times that...but they're not getting it!
