Issue with trickle vents.

General Comments
Had trickle vents on previous windows, on BetterDeal Windows inspection was confirmed that, to comply with Fensa regulations the new windows must have trickle vents as well. They installed the windows without trickle vents, after agreed that they forgot to order they said that it had been ordered and at the end, after one month of phone calls and 15 emails later, they said that actually I didn't need the trickle vents. I confirmed with Fensa that is wrong and we're waiting for them to solve the problem.
