Good Points

They have always managed to supply water to the property

Bad Points

Administration turned out to be poor.

General Comments

United Utilities for me is one of the worst utilities that I have dealt with. They sent me demands out to get me to contact them to sort out their mistakes! I found the call center unhelpful.
