Distance from london.
Not many rides and very small.
We arrived at Thorpe Park early and it was the day it opened for the new year. Its sign was posted at the gates with a massive list of rides that were shut due to them being fixed. We qued to get in for about 30mins when we got in the rides that where open (less then half) where not open or broken down. We got on one cruddy ride then my mate was sick (thats not thorpes fault) him being sick was the last straw I marched up to the information desk and was greeted with a nice smile which made me clam a little. I explained what had happened and they gave us free return tickets to go back any time of the year which was great! Thorpe park needs to build more rides to contend with Alton towers and other theme parks you could do thorpe park in half a day. My vote is with Alton Towers!
