Good Points

Easy to read, understands the smoker's mind 100%


Bad Points

A bit repetitive but that's probably what drives the message home.


General Comments

This guy was a genius shame he died before seeing the end of nicotine addiction. If you want to quit buy this book you can even smoke whilst reading, don't be afraid of quitting it's easy and painless !
