Good Points

Very relaxing and soothing. easy set up, cheap to buy. good family fun.great when they work!


Bad Points

A bit expensive to run. can be awkward to control water quality. ours did not last as long as it should have, and the company (Bestway) were not at all sympathetic I thought, also I think the warranty is very poor.


General Comments

The pump on our Bestway Lay-Z-Spa Hot Tub Spa broke (no air jets) after the equivalent of about 5 months use. Unfortunately the pump was 15 months old (the warranty is for 12 months) but as the spa was purchased last winter, only used last summer, and put away for this winter, I reckon we have only had about 5 months use out of it. As far as Bestway are concerned, that's just 'too bad' because the pump is out of warranty. So think very carefully before buying one of these, you may not get the use out of it that you expect.
