Customer care centre ....none of the staff actually care at all!
Once you have parted with your cash they don't want to know.
General Comments
I brought a £1000 H.P computer in October 2007 from PC World, I had trouble with the keyboard and mouse in December and was promised that a new one would be sent to me. After numerous calls I eventually got a new keyboard last week almost 6 months later.
