Good Points

Location, quite a big beach.


Bad Points

Broken sunbeds, jetty is broken so you have to go over the reef. Rooms are very dirty, ours had a hole in the bath which we reported but to no avail. Food is terrible, the same everyday.
Disco on the beach every night in front of hotel, Ok if you like that but when you are going on trips and being picked up at 4 in the morning, it doesn't help much. The reps were not interested in what you have to say, only getting you on the trips.


General Comments

I would not recommend this hotel. Some of the hotel residents do not believe in queueing. The staff speak very little English and when they do they are asking for money, they ignore you most of the time. The rooms are very dirty, we had water flowing from the toilet onto the bathroom floor every day and when we told our rep or left him a note he did nothing about it
If you want to try and climb over rusty iron railings to get to the sea, go ahead the jetty is broken and very dangerous, so everyone walked over the reef which is not good for preservation at all. Only plus point was the gardens which were beautiful.
