Easy to book and fairly low price.


General Comments

Upon return from holiday 26 April called Purple Parking from the baggage carousel as required - got to the bus stop - we were the first people there .... after 20 mins no bus, so called the office they said there was a bus on the way .... 15 mins later still no bus called again and said it was unacceptable to wait this long the operator hung up on us 10 mins later called again - a bus was on the way eventually after 55 mins the bus turned up by this time the queue of people waiting was huge and typically the last people tried to get on first causing arguments with the first arrivals - the driver couldnt really be bothered to sort it... - after a long flight and with jet lag the LAST thing you need is to wait nearly an hour for a bus back to the carpark. Only use if you have plenty of time to kill before the bus arrives because quite frankly you could ring them then have lunch before the bus turns up.
Low costs do not equal good service.
