I contacted this company to purchase 2 tickets to see Bruce Springsteen in concert in May 2008. The concert was taking place at the Emirates Stadium and as my husband is the biggest Arsenal fan going, this was just the ultimate. I sent them a Building Society cheque for £254.85, which they cashed in January. They have sent me no confirmation and I have sent letters to them as well. Now the phone line is dead. I am fuming. There is nothing I can do to get my money back. How is this company still trading? I saved for months for this and I feel completely seen off.
