Bad Points
Can't find an obvious area for complaints on their web site and the people I spoke to at the office (Swansea) were not helpful.
General Comments
We were urgently awaiting our passport to go on holiday. SMS couriers put a note through the door "tried to deliver 8.55 am. No response". This to a house with 5 adults and 2 children at 8.55 am on a Saturday morning! I can't believe we didn't hear the knock? However they did offer to deliver next day for 78 pounds!
