The staff try their best to keep customers happy, but management are what holds this company back. If you book a specific car, you most likely will not get it. ( read all of the fine print on the web site) www.eurocarrenal.co.nz. The vehicles advertised on the website are not new models especially the luxury vehicle range.

    Regarding May comment. The website pictures are of the same model and year of the cars on fleet. They are clearly not brand new models, however are rather late model. It says on the rental car page and quick quote discription 'late model' Luxury sedans and wagons' in a group of various kinds e.g BMW, Audi, Volvo and Mercedes-Benz 'Luxury sedans and wagons - preference can not be guarenteed'.

    I work for Euro Car Rental and we try our best to provide the preferred vehicle type and this will occur 95% of the time. Sometimes vehicles are in accidents or a customer will return to another location preventing the company being able to supply preferred option. However the next preferred will always be given.

    Customer service is very important to our company and for the most part I think everyone has a successful holiday and will be back.
