Bought two gold plated necklaces for my daughters. and i highly recommend this website. the necklaces makes a great personal gift for all occasions. Excellent customer service, fast shipping and most important the necklace is BEAUTIFUL!

Lucky for you that you received what you ordered. I only received a partial shipment. Can't seem to reach anyone to remedy the situation. The necklace is a present for my daughter and I have the initial pendant but no chain. I hope this works out, but I would never buy from them again because if there is a problem, they did not answer the telephone when I tried them (just an answering machine) and never received a return email? Who knows where the emails go? I may be stuck out of 45.00 for the chain so I would be very careful buying from them. Did you pay for upgraded shipping? I used their free shipping, it took over 21 days and I was told the item came from Israel!
