Good Points

Looks good and has good features.


Bad Points

How can I have had two new ones go faulty in such a short time? Not happy. Not happy at all!


General Comments

I'm on my second Ebac 2650e as the first one just stopped working within 5 months of purchase and Ebac collected it and returned it with the same fault so I asked for a new replacement. They gave me a new one and that has now literally gone pop with smoke out of the front grill and I have only had it 6 weeks! Staff at the company are polite and helpful but the product is very worrying.
