On a budget airline you get a seat allocation. The staff friendly and helpful
The plane on my flight was not on time. Then they had no hot food then the the snack I wanted was not there then I was charged one euro for a packet off peanuts 50 p in my local pub. Then I was charged 5 euros for a small bottle off wine, I have only once before not been able to get no hot food on a plane before no prizes for guessing which one...
All in all the BMI plane interior was not up to scratch, not my complaint some others on plane. Leg room ok. Staff excellent. Capt made some time up non way back which compensated for all the minuses
