Ease of use, easy to clean, delivery of coffee always on time.
Great machine if steam function worked propertly. Am wondering if anyone else had this experience.
I have had to return the machine once and got a replacement from John Lewis who has excellent customer service as after a few months the steam function doesn't froth the milk for a proper cappuccino. Second machine is doing the same after several months of usage.
