Hard to think of any.. possibly the fact they have a preferential position at Schiphol, which is closest to the gate... other than that... nothing
Bad Points
Appalling customer service, hideous, dated decor, no leg room, vile food
General Comments
Have had the misfortune to fly with KLM a number of times. They have to be the worst airline in Europe. It's hard to imagine a nation as modern and efficient as the Dutch are not utterly ashamed to have such a carrier as their national airline.
Last trip was a long haul from San Francisco to London via Amsterdam. I travelled in Economy on the way out and Business Class on the way back - though the difference between the two was negligible. i.e no flat seats, food almost as foul and same surly, dismissive crew.
The "entertainment system" in economy was a handful of clapped out overhead screens every few rows. Half of which did not work. The picture was appalling and the programming consisted of B movies and a natural history / discovery channel about swans.
Frankly, the hospitality is better on EasyJet - a no frills airline who at least don't overcharge you and have crews who treat you with respect
I will NEVER fly with this lot again
