Good Points
The sound in amazing like pouring honey right into the ear! It's tone is balanced and not at all muddy. And it solid with a good fit in the hand and a beautifully made neck. Also one of the most beautiful guitars I've seen that didn't cost more than my car.

Bad Points
Honestly can't think of any.

General Comments
If you have a chance, and the resources, buy this guitar. It is the best musical decision I ever made, and buying a guitar of this quality really improved my playing, I'm sure partly because I love it so much I play it all the time! Seriously I didn't even want a jumbo AT ALL until I heard this one, love at first strum.
