Good Points
Easier to get than other cards

Bad Points
£18 yearly charge plus a higher interest rate than most of the other issuers

General Comments
Being disabled and un-able to work credit was always almost impossible to get. However after I applied and was given a Capital One card about 6 years ago, it made getting credit from other sources a lot easier, so for people like me its a god-send. The down side is the £18 yearly fee and the high interest rate, but you could use it as a stepping stone to getting other credit. Ive always found customer services polite and helpful.
