Where do I start!
This phone is a nightmare. I have had nothing but trouble with it since last July. Freezing while trying to text, switching itself off when it feels like it, despite being in area of good coverage, deciding it has none and cannot ring out or no-one ring me!! And the strangest one of all, when someone rings an image of a computer screen comes up! That one even fooled the guys at carephone warehouse!
This phone has been in to be fixed numerous times but plays up within days of coming back. I have finally given up now and reverted to my old D600! Role on July when my contract is up.
I have had Samsung phones for years, but this excuse for a phone has put me off them for life.
