Did have very poor speeds early May, but thats resolved now.
No hassle - little need to contact customer support. On two occasions I have theres been a quick helpful response. They have just re-jigged packaged so I pay £1 less each month for double usage capacity.
Speed always been good (apart form a few weeks ago). On MAX and get 4.5 - 6 usually.
I've found to be reliable, good value and without hassle. I'd recommend as a home product.
