Cheap as far as I am concerned.

Lack of communication for me.
General Comments
Having booked a holiday to Mexico in January 2008 to travel in January 2009, we received a letter saying our flight had been canceled and we had to now travel on a weekday rather than on a weekend - the sole reason we'd chosen to book that particular holiday. That was early March and I've since sent 3 emails, 2 letters and waited in a phone queue for hours at peak rate. I finally got to speak to two people, both of whom promised to see if we could switch to a weekend flight from another airport and neither of whom have contacted me yet as far as I am aware. How do you contact Directline Holidays!? Do not recommend DIRECTLINE HOLIDAYS.
