Good Points

Cheap prices on replacement parts.


Bad Points

Pathetic customer services, language barrior if you need to speak to them.


General Comments

Good Prices on replacement parts but volvo dealer cheeper for genuine. Absolute pathetic customer services! Loads of phone calls to fix a problem. Not including the numerous times they pick up the phone and hang-up before you can say a word! Still waiting for a manager to phone me back! even though told he would phone within 10 minutes (told that 5 times!).
