Good Points
Removeable plates makes for easy cleaning

Bad Points
Takes far too long to heat up anything up to 20 mins and only to 215 so not hot enough - we had a normal extra large one but the heating mechanism kept shorting out.
Trays far too small for family and very pricey for what you get.

General Comments
I would not buy again. We had an older version without removeable plates and this was much better. i bought the removeable plate one when my old one developed a fault as it was out of warranty. did not think my hubby could fix it. anyway he did and we gave the old one to my daughters boyfriend and started to use the new one. what a mistake. although it cost double the price the cooking area is very small and it takes forever to heat up - anything up to 20 mins whereas my old one was heated in 5. would not recommend for a family and would not recommend if you like to cook quick
