None in my experience


General Comments

I do not recommend Kays, the goods are overpriced in comparison to most other places I have personally used..
For the last 5 years Kays Lifestyle has been trying to get me to pay them for what I personally feel I do not owe..
This has come about when I paid them weekly cheques for a couple of products.
I have on numerous occasions sent them photocopies of all cheques and I was then told that I owe nothing.
They then started sending me red final demand letters for varying amounts of money + admin costs it seems.
I have been to the CAB who were told that I owe them nothing, however I am still receiving letters Kays it seems.
