Lack of Customer Service
General Comments
Truly dreadful customer service. Since Thomas Cook took over My Travel they have completely made a mess of our booking - downgraded our room, sent out 3 incorrect invoices and still no tickets as the invoices state. We are still due to pay when we paid in full in March. Every time you phone them you get a different person and have to go through the whole story again and then they promise they will sort it out and then they don't and you go through the same process again and again and again - every day for 3 weeks now! I am demented with their behaviour and inefficiency and will NEVER book with Thomas Cook.
