Cheap, you get what you pay for.
Fraudulent customer support.
Disappointed with the quality of service delivered by one of your products providers. Took advantage of the pre-Christmas sale of the TomTom One 3rd edition with the clear understanding that it was upgradeable for European maps.
Attempted multiple times to download the western European map. Informed their website was down and to try again in 4-months closer to our departure date. Not to worry eligibility for the discounted price will be dutifully recorded in your incident report. Try again in 4-months. Website down for a month I guess only in jolly old England.
Should have gone with another firm such as Garmin or Magellan.
